Tasks

The role incumbent will be responsible to create and manage design coordination for internal and external stakeholders. -Prepare and coordinate BOQs, estimates, and design drawings. -Review consultant drawings and ensure design and approval accuracy till the final stage. -Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams for project execution. -Conduct site visits and manage on-site design implementation. -Develop 3D views, concept sketches, and visualizations for projects.

-Strong technical drawing and detailing skills. -Creative mindset with excellent visualization abilities. -Strong understanding of design coordination, statutory approvals, project execution, and architectural detailing. -Sound knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards. -Minimum 8 years of experience in the real estate industry, handling residential and commercial projects, including high-rise developments. -Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) or equivalent qualification. -Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office tools.
