-Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and testing awesome candidates -Welcoming new hires and setting them up for success -Partnering with our Operations and Project Managers to build unstoppable teams -Keeping our Martian Logic system (and your spreadsheets!) in top shape -Writing ads that make people want to join Saunders (like this one , 😉, )

What You Bring

-Tech-savvy skills and a can-do attitude -A relevant qualification and/or proven industry know-how -Familiarity with recruitment systems - bonus points if you’ve used Martian Logic -Recruitment experience (end-to-end, please!) -Solid understanding of HR legislation and best practice -Impeccable judgement and confidentiality, along with a genuine care for people
