Tasks

-Identify emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance design quality. -Manage design projects independently, offering input on team members' projects. -Define client goals and align expectations, representing the firm in client and regulatory meetings. -Coordinate a smooth transition from design to construction documents. -Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and entitlement submittals. -Mitigate risks and resolve design issues to ensure client success. -Deliver project designs through the entitlements phase, assisting the production team. -Mentor and manage junior designers, providing oversight and feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables. -Conduct site feasibility research and site visits as required.

What You Bring

-Highly experienced in schematic design and project coordination. -Well-versed in zoning regulations and building codes. -Minimum of 2 years of experience in midrise hospitality design (e.g., Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt). -Experience working on construction documents. -Proficiency in Revit and MS 365. -Experience working on midrise hospitality projects, particularly 5-story buildings. -Proficient in Bluebeam. -Experience with AI technology. -Bachelor of Science in Architecture. -Ability to maintain and develop client relationships. -Interior Design experience.
