Tasks

-Work proactively to resolve issues that arise between project, design, and technical objectives of the project, in coordination with Project Manager -Execute coordination and integration of architectural and consultant documents -Manage contract administration responsibilities -Develop & present appropriate technical solutions to stakeholders -Attend and conduct presentations -Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project -Provide leadership to staff -Maintain awareness of, and appropriately apply, new methodologies, practices, codes, and products -Assist with leading project studio team members, leveraging strengths, and providing mentorship -Assist with creation and management of project schedules -Coordinate with a variety of consultants -Prepare and coordinate all project deliverables -Manage client relations and ensure client satisfaction

What You Bring

-Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team environment -Degree from a NAAB accredited architecture program or equivalent -Acumen for how things are built and constructability -Understanding of building and accessibility codes -Ability to translate design concepts and information into images -10+ years of experience in commercial design; aviation experience strongly preferred or experience managing large teams on large-scale projects. Transportation related experience highly desired. -Professional registration -Confident presentation ability -Attention to detail -Thorough understanding of how a drawing set goes together -Demonstrate understanding of appropriate industry standards and construction practice -Revit proficiency and technical excellence -Effective organizational and communication skills -Experience coordinating with a variety of consultants and contractors -Demonstrated experience coordinating and leading projects teams
