What You Bring

-Should have MEP Consultancy & Developers working experience -Exposure to other building services viz, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV and accordingly co-ordinate with related services activities. -Innovative Technological Study -Strong command of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. -Skilled in creating standard MEP calculation sheets. -Conversant with Electrical Design calculations viz: Load estimation, Equipment sizing, Fault level, Voltage Drop, Cable schedule, Earthing, etc. -Consultancy Payment Certification -Familiar with ECBC, NBC guidelines, IS, NEC, State Electricity Board Regulations, MERC guidelines, LEED requirements -CCD (Change Control Document), Quantity Survey & Validation -Awareness about Electrical execution at project site. -Design competency in Electrical system, Knowledgeable with relevant Statutory, Regulatory requirements etc. -Familiar with MEP Design, capable of handling the in-house design deliverables for various Residential, Commercial, Mall, Hotel, Data Centre developments etc. -Proficient in BIM/Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
