Tasks

Our client relationships are the foundation of our success, and our primary goal is to help each of our clients achieve their vision. We do this by carefully managing the details and complexities of each project and communicating constantly with all team members. -Develop preliminary schedule. -Provide accurate take-off. -Work with estimating team to build the estimate and pricing. -Visit project and pre-bid meetings to understand site conditions/scope. -Review plans and specifications.

What You Bring

-Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented -3+ years previous commercial construction experience with public, private or federal projects is required -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills -Working knowledge of programs such as Bluebeam, Excel, and Word -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -B.S. Degree – Construction Management or Engineering -Well-rounded base of knowledge in construction disciplines. Civil estimating experience preferred. -Strong working knowledge of estimating software like Cost-OS, OST and Planswift
