-Proficiency in industry-standard project management software, including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook. -In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices pertaining to demolition and hazardous materials. -Ability to effectively lead a diverse team and coordinate cross-functional efforts. -Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information succinctly. -Demonstrated experience in project management, specifically in demolition. -Certification or training in demolition and hazardous material management is preferred. -Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
