Tasks

-Bid/No-Bid Process – conducting a full Bid/No-Bid process for each opportunity with the wider team. -Working with the sales team on the completion of the commercial aspects of the bids. -Working with the wider business in order to obtain/compile content and write technical answers. -Identifying opportunities - reviewing contract notices and adverts/invites in order to identify opportunities which are of interest to the business. -Responsibility from receipt until submission of all event stages such as EoI, PQQ, RTI, ITT, ITN and RFP, for both existing and new clients -Managing own workload, working on multiple submissions at any one time. These can range from £10,000 to £10 million+ in value, depending on the services being procured and contract duration.

What You Bring

-Past experience working in the utility industry would be an advantage -Be able to work to tight deadlines -Good organisational and administrative skills -Experience of multitasking in a high pressure environment -Past experience of the bid process at the same level -Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
