  • Oversee all aspects of utilities design and construction, including relocation, protection, and service connections.
  • Contribute to project reporting, forecasting, and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders including SA Water, ElectraNet, SA Power Networks, and telecommunications providers.
  • Drive strong WHS, quality, and environmental performance across all utility works.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and risks related to utilities delivery.
  • Lead a utilities team of engineers and supervisors to deliver the scope of works
  • Review design documentation and ensure compliance with authority and project specifications.
  • Support construction teams with technical guidance and issue resolution.

  • Proven experience managing utilities on large-scale civil or infrastructure projects. Major Project and/or Alliance experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong technical understanding of underground and overhead services.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and competing priorities.
  • Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
