The Role

Oversee warehouse & reverse‑logistics, ensure inventory accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.

Tasks
-Coordinate with Engineering to rework returned products (hardware/firmware as required). -Resolve escalated operational issues, collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Customer Support. -Ensure inventory accuracy through effective cycle counting, audits, and system controls. -Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems to track and analyze inventory and workflow performance. -Support urgent customer orders and ensure a responsive, customer-focused operation. -Optimize layout, workflows, and space utilization to maximize efficiency and throughput. -Oversee daily operations for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping. -Manage customer returns (RMA), including inspection, verification, and failure analysis. -Create and maintain SOPs for all reverse logistics and rework activities. -Quarantine and process non-conforming or defective materials. -Lead, train, and develop warehouse and reverse logistics teams. -Monitor warehouse KPIs and drive continuous improvement in performance metrics. -Lead the team in performing quality control inspections on inbound returned products. -Enforce OSHA standards and implement strong safety protocols. -Provide input into budget planning and contribute to broader strategic decisions.

What You Bring
-Ability to write and implement operational procedures and process improvements -Experience with Salesforce, Arena, JDE, and PkMS -Familiarity with electronic assemblies and basic failure analysis -Strong knowledge of ERP systems, WMS, and inventory control software -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field -8+ years of experience in warehouse management, reverse logistics, or manufacturing operations -Bilingual in English and Spanish -15+ years of experience in technical support, field service, or manufacturing -3+ years in a managerial or team leadership role -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
