Tasks

-Provide market feedback and insights to refine our go-to-market strategy. -Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and system integrators. -Champion Delta’s datacentre solutions Sales across the Saudi market. -Develop and manage a robust partner ecosystem—recruit, train, and motivate. -Own and exceed sales targets for datacentre solutions in the telecom sector. -Lead pre-sales activities and collaborate with technical experts to craft compelling proposals. -Identify new business opportunities and growth areas.

What You Bring

-Work Experience: 5+ years in business development or sales within data center infrastructure (power/cooling). -Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science. -Fluent in English and French; Arabic or other languages are a plus. -Proven track record in consultative selling and managing complex projects. -Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven mindset. -Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure. -Background in IT infrastructure, electrical, or mechanical industries. -Experience in partner development and ecosystem building. -Deep understanding of data center architectures and customer needs.
