Tasks

-Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Inspectors to manage inspections, pour sequences, and deadlines. -Ensure strict quality control and safety compliance across all work areas. -Oversee daily site operations for all concrete activities — including forming, placing, and finishing. -Coordinate crews, equipment, and material deliveries to keep schedules on track. -Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications for all structural and decorative concrete scopes. -Lead and mentor field crews with a focus on accountability, craftsmanship, and pride in performance. -Track manpower, materials, and productivity while maintaining accurate job reports.

We’re seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to take ownership of all structural and flatwork operations on multiple active sites across Palm Beach County. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows concrete inside and out — from foundations and slabs to vertical structures and architectural finishes. If you’re a concrete professional ready to take the next step and lead major projects with autonomy and pride — this is your opportunity. -5+ years’ experience in concrete construction (foundations, slabs, tilt-wall, decks, or high-end structural work). -Ability to manage scheduling, layout, and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers. -Deep understanding of formwork systems, reinforcement, and finishing techniques. -Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between local project sites. -Proven track record as a Superintendent or Foreman on ground-up projects. -Strong communication and leadership skills — comfortable managing diverse crews and working closely with clients.
