Tasks
-Our Project Managers/Practice Builders manage their projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, grow and mentor staff, and act as a positive leader and mentor -Expand our practice and presence in the local market focused on roadway, highway and/or municipal projects -Building and maintaining positive client relationships -Growing and leading a roadway practice -Managing the design and delivery of projects profitably while being actively involved in design issues -This position is responsible for complex engineering design tasks as well as marketing, client engagement, and the growth of the roadway design practice in local and/or surrounding markets -Establishing goals -Providing vision, business planning and strategy

What You Bring
-10+ years of relevant experience managing roadway projects -Knowledge and experience with the full life cycle of roadway projects -Operating with integrity and sound business principals -Registered Florida Professional Engineer (P.E.) license -Knowledge in the civil design of local roadways, urban freeways and/or interchanges -Demonstrated ability to manage roadway projects profitably, while leading a team and collaborating key stakeholders -Having open communication with your partners and team -Experience and relationships with local agencies and/or local municipalities -Experience successfully winning and delivering work in the local and/or surrounding areas -Experience writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets for projected work
