Manage O&M portfolio of large-scale solar farms, client liaison, maintenance & reporting.

Tasks

-Day to day management of a portfolio of large-scale solar farms -Reporting of activities to client and management team -Coordinate external and in-house teams for corrective actions -Manage fruitful relationships with all contractual parties -Leading regular client meetings being the main point of contact -Liaising with subcontractors – ordering materials, creating quotes, purchase orders, handle warranty claims and site documentation. -Design and scheduling of annual preventive maintenance plans. -Financial review and forecasting -Ensuring O&M contractual obligations are fulfilled -Managing Spare Parts

What You Bring

-Structured and well-organized method of work -Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Intermediate user -Contribution to PAC, IAC and FAC successful completion -Good knowledge on a technical level of PV systems and their components -Experience with contracts negotiations and contracts management -Experience of client interaction and relationships -Excellent communication and presentation skills -3 years Previous experience within the renewables industry in O&M, Asset Management, Design, or Project Management -Electrical Engineering University degree or similar -CRM/ERP software experience -Experience with supervising teams of technicians
