Tasks

-Collaborate with plant management and Service Centers to drive alignment and achieve Finance objectives. -Manage inventory controls, including monthly balance reviews and reconciliation of physical counts to system records. -Act as a change agent for continuous improvement, driving enhancements in financial processes and systems. -Interpret financial data and events, providing analysis and actionable recommendations to support decision-making. -Develop and review strategic and business plans (MTP), contributing to long-term planning and performance management. -Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with business partners to align financial plans with operational goals. -Manage plant accounting and reporting functions, including preparation of management presentations and financial statements. -Oversee compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application across all financial activities. -Maintain robust financial and accounting controls, ensuring accurate reconciliation of asset and liability accounts.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated financial/business analysis/cost control skills -Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests -Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. -Strong ability to influence with and without authority -Detailed knowledge of Amrize plant operations an asset -Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills -IFRS / US GAAP knowledge, an asset
