  • Guide visitors through registration on the Visitor Management System (VMS) and coordinate with employees.
  • Maintain telephone registers and track visitor records.

  • Ensure timely receipt and display of magazines and newspapers.
  • Handle VIP guest coordination and issue visitor ID cards.
  • Support event management activities and assist in conference room utilization.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring professional and courteous communication.
