Provide admin support to Accounts Receivable, handling resident billing and communication.

-Preparing paperwork to send to residents including covering letters and any relevant documentation or information about automatic payments, direct debits or invoices -Setting up funding for resident care or services -Communicating with Village staff to follow up on overdue or incorrect paperwork -Completing month end balance by the deadline given
