Tasks

-Manage the full lifecycle of consulting projects—from discovery to post-implementation—ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. -Advise client stakeholders on Yardi solutions to improve operational efficiency, solve business challenges, and meet strategic goals. -Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and continuously improve service delivery. -Deliver high-quality consulting services and software implementation support to a portfolio of assigned Yardi clients.

What You Bring

-Independent, sound decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills -Proven ability to manage projects with multiple touchpoints -Excellent written and oral communication skills -Five plus (5+) years of experience in software or business process consulting or equivalent consulting experience interacting with customers -Excellent interpersonal skills -Ability to think and act strategically by visualizing new possibilities, challenging assumptions, and recommending the implementation of new ideas or strategies -Knowledge of applicable industry or business supporting -Proven client-centered commitment and focus -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences; or an equivalent combination of education and experience -Ability to travel up to 80% -Proven ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment -Proficiency in Microsoft 365 desktop applications -Collegial, team-oriented disposition with the desire and ability to establish cooperative working relationships with all levels of employees and clients
