The Role

Overview

Diagnose, repair, and maintain pumps and motors on site and in shop.

Tasks

-Respond to work orders for troubleshooting, repair and feedback to Supervisor -Adhere to company work safety policies -Replace and wire electric motors -Keep an accurate log of all work performed -Mechanic will be responsible to make emergency repairs within area of knowledge and responsibility -Assess machinery to accurately diagnose and repair issues -Provide routine inspections of equipment and inform clients of any issues -Install replacement bearings, seals, shafts, and gaskets -Liaise with clients to determine their requirements and communicate defects or problems

What You Bring

-A valid and clean driver's license to operate company vehicles -Knowledge of pump systems and electric motors -5+ years experience in pump mechanics -Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, disassembly, multimeter, etc. -Ability to work both with a team and independently
