-Preparing daily reports, job diaries, narratives and other special documentation as determined by the company and by the projects needs -Ensuring the companies compliance with contract documents -Exercising discretion and independent judgment in responding to and adjusting common inquiries or complaints from customers -Daily jobsite inspections for quality and schedule to ensure compliance with blueprints and the specifications -Recruiting independent subcontractors holding the proper licenses and insurance -Development of job specific scopes of work including schedule -Managing the installation of wood component systems, doors and windows, siding (wood and cement), shingles, insulation, drywall, and trim -Conducting daily safety inspections
