Sales Representative

Drive sales growth of refinish & industrial coatings in Adelaide.

Tasks

-Establish strong connections with PPG personnel and Distribution Network. -Achieve monthly and yearly sales goals and financial plans. -Identify opportunities and execute plans to expand in underrepresented segments and geographies. -Recognise users of competitive brands and create tactics to gain entry to showcase the advantages of using Refinish and LIC Commercial Performance Coatings products. -Oversee and supervise debtors/accounts receivable in accordance with PPG accounts policy. -Establish and maintain strong connections with key customers and industry groups. -Assist distributor sales activities and ensure accurate recommendation and application of products while adhering to proper EH&S procedures. -Enhance share of wallet, monitor, and assess growth of current customers and distributors. -Follow pricing initiatives/policies to provide the necessary profit contribution.

What You Bring

-Possessing a trade qualification in spray painting and refinish industry is desirable. Additionally, having negotiation and presentation skills is important. -Proficiency in technical knowledge of refinish & Industrial paint products and application techniques is desirable. -Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
