Tasks

-Process invoices and credit notes -Ensure completion of internal and external audits -Communicate with suppliers via phone and email -Manage invoice queries in P2P -Create and maintain vendor master data -Follow policy guidelines for query invoices -Map invoices for AI tools -Conduct regular vendor reconciliations -Resolve vendor queries and complaints

What You Bring

-Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records -Exposure to internal and external audit processes -Strong attention to detail -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Experience handling supplier queries and maintaining positive relationships -Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel -Hands-on experience with AP finance systems -Familiarity with expense tools (e.g., Concur)
