Tasks
-Efficiently manage multiple projects, provide timely updates, and ensure our customers and subcontractors/service providers are up to date with program information. -Conduct comprehensive energy assessments/audits for commercial, retail, and public customers. -Support and train subcontractors/service providers on performing comprehensive energy assessments and provide technical and non-technical support to successfully participate in energy efficiency incentive program offerings. -Communicate efficiently with subcontractors/service providers, customers, and clients to meet program requirements. -Perform and review energy savings calculations for evaluating energy savings and environmental impact. -Conduct on-site inspections to verify installation and operation of baseline and replacement energy efficient equipment. -Educate and assist service providers and customers with program participation by answering energy efficiency program questions, reviewing project assessments and equipment specifications, and providing guidance on the application process. -Establish and maintain a professional customer rapport, including identifying and anticipating customer needs and proposing solutions. -Manage on-time delivery of technical reports to customers and subcontractors/service providers as needed. -Provide technical and customer support to energy efficiency incentive program participants. -Promptly and accurately address customer concerns to assure problem resolution and promote long-term productive relationships.

What You Bring
-BA or BS degree in a STEM field - Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or Business Management, Construction Management or a related field -Excellent written and oral communication skills -An understanding of building energy systems preferred (particularly lighting, HVAC, and refrigeration) and/or sustainability is a plus -Understand the organization and decision-making process to work with stakeholders in determining project eligibility, schedule, and potential energy savings. -Proficient in MS office suite including Excel and Word and the ability to learn and operate company proprietary software -1-3 years of project coordination experience or similar within the energy efficiency industry -Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills -Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. -Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects and work with technical staff -Must have IL driver's license and be able to travel locally up to approximately 25% of the time
