Tasks

-Conduct model reviews and clash detection, tracking issue resolution -Coordinate mechanical and electrical (M&E) models across disciplines for clash-free, integrated designs -Produce coordinated installation drawings, fabrication models, and as-built documentation -Implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and company BIM protocols -Develop and maintain 3D models using Revit, Plant 3D, and Navisworks

What You Bring

We’re seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join a digital engineering team, managing BIM processes across multiple M&E projects and ensuring model accuracy, coordination, and compliance with company and client standards. -2+ years’ BIM coordination experience in M&E contracting or design -Degree or diploma in Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field -Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar CDE platforms -Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD; Plant 3D experience advantageous
