Tasks

-Handle new hire paperwork and onboarding documentation. -Track customer payments and issue invoices (Accounts Receivable) -Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and team members. -Support the office team with day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks. -Process and manage vendor invoices and payments (Accounts Payable) -Prepare and process payroll and maintain accurate employee timesheets. -Maintain accurate financial records and organized filing systems.

What You Bring

-Experience in the construction or home improvement industry is a plus. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines -Strong written and verbal communication skills -2+ years of AP/AR, payroll, or bookkeeping experience preferred -Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills -Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software required
