-Design and deliverer community benefit-sharing initiatives, including local investment, sponsorships, and skills programs to enhance social licence. -Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, Traditional Owners, landholders, councils, and regulators to support project approvals and delivery. -Lead stakeholder engagement activates across their renewable portfolio. Ensuring alignment with the Australian Government’s Community Engagement and Benefit Sharing in Renewable Energy Development framework. -Develop and implement tailored engagement plans focused on early, transparent, and ongoing communication throughout the project lifecycle. -Proactively identified and managed emerging issues and community concerns, contributing to project risk mitigation and stakeholder trust.
