Tasks

-Commercial Management: Act as the ultimate commercial lead, overseeing all financial aspects of contracts, including budget adherence, cost control integration, cash flow management, and adherence to corporate governance. -Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for contractual matters with the Client, subcontractors, suppliers, and legal counsel, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues. -Claims & Dispute Resolution: Proactively manage and administer the claims process, including preparation, analysis, negotiation, and defense of claims/counter-claims for time, cost, and scope changes. -Contract Strategy & Execution: Lead the development, negotiation, and execution of complex, high-value contracts (e.g., FIDIC, bespoke contracts) across all phases of the program, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements.

-Experience: A minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in Contracts Management, Commercial Management, or Quantity Surveying on large-scale, complex infrastructure, civil, or mega-construction projects.
