Tasks

-Provide system administration support of customized Salesforce applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow. -Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for design specifications -Assist with the performance of business analysis in which information about business process and concerns are gathered from key internal business stakeholders -Design, prototype, build, document and support solutions for the Salesforce CPQ/Steelbrick capability to meet business needs, including configurations, customizations and integrations. -Understand business requirements and map them to technology solutions and perform the build activities to deliver integrated solutions from the design stage to a functional application with a focus on SFDC best practices. -Design and develop Visualforce/Lightning component level solutions to increase programming productivity. -Create automations to remove manual steps and processes. -Create and manage Advance Approvals -Work with cross functional teams to drive improvements/best practices including analyzing and optimizing Salesforce related platform design and setup -Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, SQL, SOAP and REST Web Services. -Research and implement new functionality, features and customizations requested by stakeholders to improve business processes -Review coding done to advance application upgrade, extension, or other development. Analyze application for data integrity issues. -Increasing Code Coverage of SFDC instances and maintenance of a quality code base. -Designing and developing custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform. -Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and perform the build activities to deliver integrated solutions from the design stage to a functional application with a focus on SFDC best practices. -Strong on new Salesforce features and functionality, providing recommendations for process improvements -Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for design specifications.

What You Bring

-Experience with CPQ objects used in quote to order processes with in-depth knowledge in Product setup, Product Options, Product configuration & rules, Pricing, Discounting and Quote templates is an added advantage. -Ability to be flexible and proactive to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements, customer objectives, and meeting global goals successfully. -Experience doing major transformation from Classic to Lightning. -Experience with WebServices Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow and Assignment Rules and Advance Approvals. -Experience in designing, coding, and implementing APEX code Triggers, Classes and Components. -Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality and experience with Salesforce CPQ / Billing is a plus. -5+ Years of experience with Apex Triggers, Batch Classes and @Future Methods, Controllers Calling REST web services from Apex, generating and parsing JSON in Apex Visualforce Pages and Components Visualforce Remoting Effective Apex unit testing, including web service mocking -Strong customer focus with a high tolerance for ambiguity and requirement changes. -Working knowledge of SAP and SFDC integration is strongly preferred but not required. -Experience with Salesforce Best practices for system development and integration. -Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, including application programming interfaces (API) and bulk data uploads. -Strong problem-solving mindset to ensure creative and logical thinking for potential solutions. -Experience in Lightning Design System with Visualforce pages, Lightning Component framework and other necessary UI technologies. -5+ Years of experience developing on Full-stack Force.com platform. -Experience working with intermediate to advanced queries using SOQL & SOSL. -Salesforce Admin, Platform Developer-I, SF CPQ Specialist & Javascript Developer-I certificates are preferred. -Experience with CPQ objects used in quote to order processes with in-depth knowledge in Product setup, Product Options, Product configuration & rules, Pricing, Discounting and Quote templates. -3+ Years of experience with Force.com Platform and 1- 2+ Years of experience in Salesforce Architecture and its limitations. -Strong background in database design and system architecture -Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality and experience with Salesforce CPQ. -Experience building integrations with Salesforce.com using REST/SOAP API's. -Experience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts and technologies such as ANT, SFDC Metadata API, Copado, Git (Code Commit) and DevOps in a Salesforce environment
