Tasks
Partner with insight, marketing, and digital colleagues to identify trends, investigate anomalies, and predict audience behaviours. Produce clear, comparative metrics that track performance and support continuous digital improvement. Leadership with purpose: Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing digital analytics function that drives smarter decision making across the business. Ensure analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, GTM, etc.) are implemented accurately and maintained to high standards. Lead a team of digital analysts to deliver actionable insights that enhance member and user experiences. Collaborate with digital, content, and product teams to embed analytics into everyday decision making. This is a hands on leadership role, combining analytics expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic influence to deliver real impact. We’re looking for a Digital Analytics Team Lead to champion data driven decision making across RICS’ digital platforms. You’ll lead a small but impactful team, helping us better understand audience behaviour and continuously improve how members and professionals interact with our digital ecosystem. Manage the full analytics process — from stakeholder requirements and data collection to interpretation and reporting. Provide mentoring and training on analytics best practice, building a data literate culture across the organisation. Drive innovation by integrating new data sources, visualisation methods, and performance metrics.

What You Bring
Proven skill in building relationships across distributed or cross functional teams. Hands on experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics. At least 1 year of team leadership or mentoring experience. Experience using SQL or BigQuery to combine online/offline data sets. Experience with analytics implementation tools such as GTM or Adobe Launch. Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. 5+ years’ experience in Digital Analytics or a related field. ✅ Skilled at turning complex data into clear actions that drive performance? Experience applying Lean or Agile principles to digital projects. Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for technical and non technical audiences. Knowledge of supporting tools like Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar. Strong prioritisation and organisational skills in managing multiple workloads.
