Assist in procurement activities and contract administration in line with NEC principles
Support the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in managing scope, budget, schedule, and risk across multiple workstreams
Prepare and maintain project documentation including programmes, risk registers, early warnings, and compensation event records
Ensure compliance with environmental legislation, health & safety standards, and contract obligations
Attend site visits, progress meetings, and contribute to quality assurance and performance reviews
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of water and environment projects under NEC3/NEC4 contracts
Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies

Working experience of NEC PSC and ECC
Awareness of NEC3 or NEC4 contracts (ECC, PSC, or TSC)
Experience across the full project lifecycle
Experience working in the environment and water sector
Actively working towards MAPM, ChPP, MCIWEM, MICE, MCIOB, MRICS etc
Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management, or related discipline
Project management experience across a range of high risk / high complexity / high value projects and programmes with a strong focus on internal and external stakeholder management and complex risk management
3+ years of experience in project delivery within the water or environmental sector
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work a minimum of 2 days per week in the nominated office
Able to foster and promote collaborative working, have a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and develop
Knowledge of CDM regulations
