Tasks

The RoleAs a Superintendent at Lithko Contracting, you'll be responsible for planning the execution phase of the project. You'll work closely with the operational team to create an overall project plan. We apply your expertise across a range of industries, from industrial and manufacturing facilities to healthcare, educational institutions, chip plants, and data centers. Each year, you'll contribute to placing over 100 million square feet of concrete, helping the company earn over $1.7 billion in revenue. -Utilizes and tracks time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign in & sign out sheets. -Communicates project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties. -Prepares their team to execute using defined planning processes. -Responsible for developing a project plan for their phase of work. -Responsible for ensuring project execution goals are met for their portion of work. -Ensures their team has staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output.

What You Bring

-Knows how to lead people and drive results for the overall project success. -Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook. -5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor. -Understands project information and is able to identify obstacles and opportunities for their phase of work. -Good organizational and communication skills. -Self-perform experience of concrete is required. -In depth knowledge of construction principles/practices required with experience on projects over 1 million dollars. -Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering strongly preferred.
