Tasks

-Guide the extended team to create complete design and construction documents. -Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities of various architectural projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. -Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. -Ensure designs and documents comply with all applicable codes. -Develop and coordinate the production of quality contract documents based on prototype and/or job-specific requirements. -Collaborate with Project Architects and Project Managers to ensure the vision of the work stays on point.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD (8/10 for both). -Experience taking at least one project from schematic design to construction documents. -Ability to work independently and communicate remotely. -Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Designer or Job Captain. -Minimum of 2 years of experience on relevant projects. -Experience working on government, public works, or large scale TI projects. -Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
