Tasks
-Provide coaching and strategic planning support to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and enhancing the overall communication process. -Manage the communications specialist in Manchester to ensure consistent and impactful internal communications across the organization. -Develop and maintain communication channels tailored for senior leaders to improve visibility and effectiveness of messaging. -Monitor communication effectiveness and implement adjustments based on feedback and metrics to continuously improve engagement and reach. -Develop, implement, and evaluate internal communication strategies that support organizational goals, with a focus on balancing both reactive and proactive communications. -Collaborate with senior leaders to create effective messaging for announcements, policy changes, and other key initiatives, including town halls and leadership forums. -Engage in campaign planning, helping leaders to shape and deliver their messages effectively across multiple channels, including MS Teams, Viva Engage, and email.

What You Bring
-Be an energiser and influencer on the EMEA Communications team -Proven experience in internal communications, particularly within matrix organizations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. -Strong project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, offering strategic counsel and communication support for enterprise-wide initiatives. -Familiarity with communication tools and platforms, including Microsoft Teams and Viva Engage, is preferred. -Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging content for varied audiences. -Experience in developing and executing strategic communication plans that drive employee engagement and alignment with business objectives.
