Tasks

-Aids in the creation of detailed bill of materials -50% creating collateral for prefabrication team to build -Create Prefabrication Solutions for Construction Projects -Provide input on Prefabrication Process -Coordinate with Prefabrication Manager on Inputs required for Prefabrication Execution -Create, edit and track Prefabrication schedules. -10% coordinating with Project Teams -Create Documentation that will inform Prefabrication Team what to build utilizing AutoCAD/Revit/Excel/Bluebeam

What You Bring

-Ability to work in an industrial environment -Bluebeam Preferred -Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship. Employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B sponsorship) is not available for this position. -Ability to withstand extended exposure to a computer monitor, which may at times be straining on the eyes -Demonstrates a willingness to learn and efficiently use software such as Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, Google Suites, and file-sharing platforms. -Demonstrates problem-solving ability and can work under rigorous schedules -Ability to Draw, dimension & communicate ideas -Basic AutoCAD and/or Revit Preferred -10% Communication, Meetings -Understanding Construction Project Flows & Sequences -Ability to read & interpret Construction Drawings & Documentation -Ability to research and comprehend materials, tools & equipment -Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment -Ability to maneuver 25+ lbs on a regular basis
