Tasks

-Manage documentation and coordinate with regulatory agencies to obtain necessary memberships, accreditations, and certifications. -Management of the supply chain pre-qualification process. -Develop and implement robust management systems in-line with ISO standards. -Ensure documentation is completed in line with IMS Management system. -Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and performance metrics. -Provide training and guidance to enhance quality awareness and compliance across the organisation. -Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. -Collaborate with project teams to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.

What You Bring

-Proven experience in compliance management within the construction industry. -Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. -Knowledge of relevant certifications, such as BREEAM, WELL, NABERS. -Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. -Proficiency in software tools for document management and data analysis. -Proven experience in using EDMS systems.
