Tasks
*Initiates, establishes and maintains highly effective relationships with business contacts of various cultures, and at all levels. A Business Impact Analyst is responsible for assessing the impact of potential risks, threats, and vulnerabilities to a company's ongoing operations, regulatory compliance, corporate reputation, and finances. Creates an inventory of critical business processes and establishes Recovery Point Objectives that reduce the likelihood that a danger will have a substantial impact. Plans and executes annual Business Impact Analysis (BIA) in collaboration with business units Identifying Critical Functions: Conducts interviews with department heads and stakeholders to identify critical business functions. Ø *Oversees daily work flow and projects for team. Impact Assessment: Assesses the potential impact of disruptions to critical business processes across the four pillars of disruption to ongoing operations, regulatory compliance, corporate reputation, and company financial performance. Recovery Time Objectives (RTO): Establishes RTOs for each critical function. *Fosters a learning environment and mentors team members. Testing and Maintenance: Plans and executes annual Business Impact Analysis (BIA) in collaboration with department leaders. Analyses the alignment of Business RTO requirements with IT Recovery capabilities. *Assists management with development of results-oriented processes and project management. BIA Program: Creates a structure for Business Impact Analysis, and process for annual assessment. Dependency Mapping: Identifies dependencies between critical functions and IS systems and applications.

What You Bring
*Subject matter expert for team job functions. *Works with minimum supervision and makes independent judgments. -7 plus years overall IT/IS experience or three to five years’ relevant experience in Business Impact analysis and risk management. -Minimum 2 years prior work experience that is relevant to the team you will lead. -Should have project management certification. -Should have experience in Risk Management and Business Continuity Management.
