Tasks

-Perform analysis of market and delivery conditions in order to determine present and future material and -Investigate, analyze, and interview potential suppliers and subcontractor to determine manufacturing limitations, facilities, equipment, quality standards and experience -Manage the fulfillment of purchasing task for project procurement -Develop procurement strategies, bid soliciting, contract awards and contract management -Maintain historical equipment procurement information so as to provide to the estimating department

What You Bring

-Experience with online bidding systems is preferred, PMWeb and Building Connected a plus. -Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering, or relevant experience -Ability to develop relationships with key internal customers and suppliers -Possess a passion for quality, compliance and weighing risk -Strong Excel and data entry skills. -Ability to stay organized and prioritize is essential in this role. -Minimum of 5+ years of experience working as project and/or procurement support in a construction and/or design services industry
