Tasks

-Ensure timely, accurate AP/AR and resident billing; maintain clean documentation and audit-ready files. -Own month-end close tasks and deliver clear, timely reports to leadership. -Grow your skills across AP/AR, payroll, and reporting with support from leadership. -Serve as a community business partner-communicate with residents, leaders, and vendors; participate as Manager on Duty as needed. -Support payroll/timekeeping and onboarding paperwork in alignment with policy and compliance.
