Tasks
-Lead preparation of air permit application packages, including implementation of various control technology analyses. -Ensure accuracy of recordkeeping, reporting, and base wide regulatory compliance through proper client communication and data verification. -Assist with review of air dispersion modeling using EPA approved modeling programs, such as AERMOD, with our air modeling specialists. -Manage all aspects of a Title V project including semiannual reporting and annual compliance certifications. -Prepare and submit reports to satisfy specific permitting and compliance requirements. -Effectively communicate with local and federal agencies on behalf of the client. -Assist in completing annual emission inventory reports.

What You Bring
-Must comply with Broadbent's quality standards and health and safety policies. -Ability to conduct a facility site walk and attend inspections conducted by the local agency. -Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to minor source air permitting/Title V permitting and compliance. -Ability to work in a team environment, as well as the skills to operate or work on various types of environmental projects. -Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a consulting environment. -Ability to establish working relationships with clients, contractors, and federal agencies. -Proficiency in MS Office products to include Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. -Working knowledge of Clean Air Act Compliance requirements. -Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, environmental science, or other relevant scientific discipline and 5-plus years of relevant air quality experience in environmental compliance. -Excellent technical and client relations skills + Excellent communication (written and oral) skills, including technical report writing and data evaluation capabilities as well as detailed field (on-site) observations and associated documentation. -Ability to properly interpret local, state, and federal regulations. -Excellent time management and organizational skills. -Possess strong analytical and communications skills. -Competency in air permitting, compliance, and environmental audits.
