Tasks

-Conduct hydraulic modeling and analysis to optimize system performance and efficiency -Manage multiple wet utility projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards -Implement sustainable water management practices in project designs -Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate project progress and technical solutions -Develop and oversee the design of wet utility systems, including water distribution networks, sewage collection systems, and stormwater management solutions -Prepare detailed engineering reports, technical specifications, and construction drawings -Ensure compliance with local and international water and wastewater regulations -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and government agencies -Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team -Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in wet utilities engineering

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field -Advanced knowledge of wet utility system design principles and best practices -Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D -Effective communication skills, both written and verbal -In-depth understanding of local and international water and wastewater regulations -Additional certifications in water/wastewater management (preferred) -Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously -Familiarity with sustainable water management practices -Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in wet utilities engineering, with a focus on water supply, sewage, and drainage systems -Experience in hydraulic modeling and analysis -Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification -Willingness to work on projects throughout the United Arab Emirates and occasionally travel to project sites -Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
