Tasks

-Validating remake requests via the Emplas portal (EVA) -Answering incoming calls from suppliers and customers -Providing administrative support to the accounts department as required -Supporting the trade counter with administrative tasks when needed -Raising purchase orders using the internal purchasing system -Assisting in the creation and distribution of daily reports to our customer base and group head office -Processing electronic and manual orders -Handling customer quotations -Meeting and greeting visitors at the main office reception -Assisting in the creation and distribution of production documentation for the factory
