Tasks

-Support in FSI analysis, area statements, and redevelopment comparison reports. -Assist senior architects and PMC teams in developer proposal evaluations and planning meetings. -Conduct site visits and prepare progress / status reports for ongoing projects. -Prepare presentation drawings, tender documents, and approval-stage submissions (IOD / CC / OC). -Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Architectural, Structural, Legal, RCC). -Work on live redevelopment & SRA projects across Navi Mumbai, Thane, and MMR. -Assist in preparing architectural drawings, feasibility studies, and layout plans as per DCPR 2034 / UDCPR 2020. -Coordinate with structural, MEP, and legal teams for technical and statutory documentation.

What You Bring

We’re looking for passionate, detail-oriented Interns / Junior Architects eager to learn and grow in a multidisciplinary setup integrating Architecture, Structural Design, Legal, and PMC Services. 🗓️ Immediate joiners preferred -Understanding of redevelopment process, FSI norms, and building regulations. -Intern Architect: B.Arch / M.Arch student (Final Year preferred). -Junior Architect: B.Arch with 0–2 years of professional experience. -Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and SketchUp. -Knowledge of Photoshop, Revit, Lumion, or Enscape is an added advantage. -Strong coordination, documentation, and presentation skills.
