Tasks

-Manage social media posts -Maintain the document management system used by the agent -Build and deploy email blasts promoting listings -Build Proposals and Offering Memoranda -Track sales and lease comps throughout the market -Manage and maintain agent’s CRM database of properties and owners -Generate call lists as directed -Generate market reports -Manage agent’s schedule -Manage deal flow (facilitate the execution of all documents necessary when deals are launched and during sale process) -Maintain a marketing schedule of proactive marketing communications activities

What You Bring

-Real Estate License preferred but not required -Versatile/flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requested -Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external clients -Excellent writing and editing skills, i.e., spelling, grammar, punctuation -Highly organized and detail oriented; Self Motivated -Some facility with photo editing software such as Photoshop is a plus -Experience with desktop publishing software and/or web design is a plus -Microsoft Office, with a strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point
