What You Bring

-Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) -Deep technical knowledge in at least one IT domain -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision -Strong willingness to learn and follow documented procedures -Detail-oriented with excellent planning and execution skills -Experience using remote-support tools. -A mindset to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic IT environment -CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent industry certification -Basic familiarity with PC hardware/software troubleshooting and modeling concepts -Willingness to take initiative and solve problems proactively -Strong written and verbal communication skills for end-user interactions -A strong sense of responsibility and accountability -A passion for root-cause analysis and solving problems the right way—not just applying short-term fixes -Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. -Ability to work occasional off-hours or weekend shifts as needed -Experience in manufacturing environments -Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 deployment and imaging tools.
