Tasks

-Convert parts to finished product -Inspect parts before and after assembly for defects, surface flaws or imperfections -Deliver assembled parts to designated areas. -Properly store materials, tools, and equipment within work cells. -Monitor part quality and identify rejects -Maintain clean, organized work cells. -Communicate recommendations to modify processes to improve productivity and quality. -Provide and document accurate counts on completed items throughout day -Ensures 100% on-time delivery by meeting established cycle times. -Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by complying with organization standards and legal regulations.

What You Bring

-Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment -Strong mechanical aptitude. -Experience working in a manufacturing environment -Read and understand work orders, bin locations, instructions, diagrams, and prints -General use of hand tools. -Prior assembly experience -Able to lift up to 50lbs. -Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel throughout the duration of the shift -Ability to work overtime based on business needs -Able to meet standardized production times related to product being produced -Visually adept at spotting defects -Ability to use required PPE
