Tasks

As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for the design delivery of significant and complex engineering projects. You will liaise with other team members across the project team and take ownership of project tasks. You will coordinate with other professionals, developing effective relationships, to stimulate future business growth. -Communicate design information clearly and concisely to the appropriate audience. -Effectively delegate, manage and check work undertaken by others. -Report at design team meetings, client meetings, and project meetings. -Report to line manager on progress and deliverables. -Take responsibility for design coordination with other disciplines and professionals. -Develop and produce project-related calculations, designs, and documentation. -Take ownership and deliver small projects or the electrical discipline on significant or complex schemes. -Take and develop briefs and deliver on projects from inception to completion.

What You Bring

-Proven experience working as an Electrical Engineer or in a closely related role, with a track record delivering on a variety of complex projects. -Experience of modern technical delivery processes, and use of relevant software/tools such as BIM, Revit, Electrical OM, Dialux and Relux. -Demonstrable experience working with clients/contractors / architects in a design-oriented / consultant role. -Self-awareness, an open mind, and a spirit of generosity -Experience in supporting others to develop knowledge, skills, and confidence.
