Tasks
As a Project Manager at the Samuels Group, you'll be at the helm of exciting and complex construction projects from start to finish. You'll collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, trade contractors, and internal teams to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and beyond expectations. -Oversee all project cost codes, budgets, and forecasts. -Lead trade contractor/supplier buy-out and prepare scopes of work. -Review and approve subcontractor invoices and manage lien waivers. -Drive project close-out procedures including final cost reports and lessons learned. -Build and maintain strong relationships with project owners and stakeholders. -Review project plans for constructability and cost efficiency; flag issues early. -Assist in developing and maintaining detailed construction schedules. -Prepare and manage monthly pay applications and project cash flow. -Manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, and documentation through project management software (e.g., Procore). -Conduct weekly site progress meetings with owners and trade partners. -Ensure clear communication of all site policies and procedures. -Collaborate with Estimating during bidding and review final bids with the team. -Lead internal project meetings and ensure accurate meeting documentation.

What You Bring
We're looking for a Project Manager who shares our passion for construction excellence and is ready to bring energy, insight, and leadership to our dynamic team. If you're a detail-driven problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take your career to the next level, we want to meet with you! -5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably with projects over $10M. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, Primavera P6, and/or similar platforms. -Progressive responsibilities in the areas of estimating, project management and field knowledge. -Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. -Ability to determine and prepare project schedules with understanding of the construction process. -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, trade school, comparable training or the equivalent combination with 5 -10 years of relevant work experience in the construction industry.
