Tasks

-Drive performance of the supply chain and engineering teams to meet SLA targets -Maintain QHSE documentation and manage site systems -Support HR functions including staff records and onboarding -Prioritise and process faults and service requests -Coordinate with site teams and head office to manage quotations and purchase orders -Be the first point of contact for client queries via phone and email -Ensure all work aligns with contract scope -Raise and assign work orders, monitor progress, and update records

What You Bring

-Reliable and deadline-driven -Communicate effectively across internal teams and external clients -A-Level/HNC preferred -GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths -Able to multitask and work independently or as part of a team -Detail-oriented and methodical -Experience with systems like Dynamics, Concept, Maximo -Strong communication and organisational skills -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) -Previous experience in a customer-facing role -Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities
