Tasks

-Work 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule including overtime, weekends, and holidays while also providing personal standard hand tools -Troubleshooting and repairing electric/electronic equipment, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems while also climbing ladders and completing tasks at heights -Perform corrective, preventive, and Predictive maintenance -Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance effectively under general direction -Maintain a working knowledge of production process to include identifying board related issues -Perform minor facility repairs to include plumbing and lighting -Utilize MP2(CMMS) efficiently submitting, updating, and closing W/Os -Installing, maintaining, and tuning of electrical and instrumentation systems including Variable Frequency Drives (VFD's) and Programmable Logic Controls (PLC’s)

What You Bring

-Experience troubleshooting electrical controls, PLC's, A/C and D/C motors, motor controllers and drives -Experience troubleshooting bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes and conveyors -Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance routines and practices -Experience using a computer for record-keeping and documentation functions -Experience with single and 3-phase electrical repair/troubleshooting up to 480 volts -Two (2) year technical degree or higher in Industrial Maintenance Technology -Electrical/mechanical experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment -Understand diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, maintenance procedures, blueprints, and engineering specifications
