-driving best practice in property acquisition to continuously improve the way we work and how we support wider NZTA objectives. -leading and engaging with key stakeholders including landowners, Iwi partners, local government agencies and local community. -supporting the implementation of major infrastructure projects that will help shape New Zealand into the future.

What You Bring
-Experience in a similar or related property role -Knowledge and experience of the Public Works Act 1981. -Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate to achieve results -Negotiation skills to assist with managing multi-party issues and/or difficult relationships -A relevant tertiary qualification
